McKenna is in the final year of her Bachelor of Arts in psychology at MacEwan University. McKenna is passionate about research focused on removing barriers to accessing healthcare for Indigenous communities as well as examining the connections between mental and physical health. In her free time, she is likely to be on a walk with her dog, beading, spending time with family and friends, or reading.
